“The Across the Tracks Elderly Assistance Fund, founded in December of 2023, our mission is to enrich the lives of the elderly and youth in the Lee-Seville area of Cleveland. We are a community-based nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive support services that empower and uplift our underserved community members. Our dedicated team focuses on vital areas such as nutrition, health, education, fitness, mental health, transportation, snow removal, lawn care, home improvement, and accessibility, all aimed at fostering a brighter future for those we serve.”
