Across the Tracks Elderly Assistance Fund is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to providing comprehensive support services that empower and uplift our elderly community members while developing our youth. We are dedicated to “bridging the gap” between the elderly members of our community and the youth in our community. Our youth will perform basic yard work duties, such as raking leaves, snow removal and lawn care. Not only does this teach our youth skills and work ethics, it also helps our elderly as well. These tasks may not be easily accomplished by our elderly. We know that fostering relationships in our community benefits everyone.

Senior Companionship Program

We have a network of volunteers who visit elderly individuals to provide companionship, engage in conversations, and participate in activities like games and crafts.

Home Maintenance and Repair Service

We offer free or low-cost home repairs, yard work, and maintenance for seniors who may struggle to keep up with these tasks.

Meal Delivery and Nutrition Education:

We provide meal delivery. This service provides healthy, balanced meals to our seniors. We also offer educational and nutrition tips on living a healthy lifestyle.
